- How long does delivery take in Uzbekistan?
- Next day in Tashkent after the order is confirmed. Two to three days to Samarkand, Bukhara, Namangan, Andijan, Fergana, Qarshi, Navoi and Jizzakh. Three to four days to Nukus, Urgench and Termez.
- How can I pay for an order?
- Three ways: online via Payme, online via Click, or cash and card to the courier on delivery. Prepayment is not required.
- How do you confirm the perfume is authentic?
- We buy from official distributors and issue a receipt with every order. The bottle arrives sealed, with intact film and matching batch codes on the box and the base of the bottle.
- Can I return a perfume?
- A sealed bottle within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. An opened bottle only if the wrong fragrance arrived or there is a defect.
- What is the difference between eau de toilette and eau de parfum?
- The share of fragrance concentrate. Eau de toilette holds 5–15% and lasts 3–5 hours; eau de parfum holds 15–20% and lasts 6–8 hours; extrait holds 20–30% and lasts 9–12 hours.
- Which size should I choose — 30, 50 or 100 ml?
- At two sprays a day, 50 ml lasts around seven months and 100 ml more than a year. If you are trying a scent for the first time, take 30 or 50 ml — perfume degrades within 3–5 years of opening.
- Why does a fragrance smell different on me than on the strip?
- A paper blotter shows only the composition; skin adds its own temperature, moisture and pH. On dry skin a fragrance fades faster, on oily skin it projects louder. Test on the wrist and wait at least half an hour.
- How should perfume be stored?
- In its closed box, away from light and heating, at room temperature. A bathroom is the worst place: temperature swings and humidity break the composition down fastest.
